Hot Ingredients
This oil-burning stove replaced one I had been using for years. In a short time it gets the bathroom so hot I have to turn it off. Couldn't ask for more. At bottom does a good job & does it quickly.

I fervour it so much I'm ordering another one!
My thing building is SO cold. I was wearing winter clothing in the middle of summer, so I ordered this oil-burning stove. It is perfect for placing under my desk. Finally, I can wear summer clothing again. It only takes a few minutes on the lowest placement to warm my office. I'm not sure how well it will work in the winter, but I feel confident it will be perfect. It is hellishly quite and releases no "warm plastic" odor like other heaters I have used. I would highly put forward this heater for any small area that is too cold for comfort. Several co-workers have since ordered one too. We all love it.

We've Bought 10 for the Mediation - Safe and Inexpensive
It may seem unaccountable to need heaters for an office in Miami, FL - but we can't control the thermostat in our suite, and by the end of the day, it can be in the 60's. For safety reasons, we can't use the classic space heater with exposed coils. This is perfect. It's small (some people put it by their feet, others on their escritoire), it's quiet, there are enough settings to get the temperature you want, and the price is very right. Every time we add a staff associate, we buy another one. Highly recommend.

This is a tongue-lashing of crap machine. When you plug it in it heats up for about a minute, then stops working. I absolutely do not make attractive that anyone purchase this product.

Nice Space Heater
I travail in a freezing office so I had to get a space heater for under my desk. It does make noise, but it is acceptable - you can't hear it over the phone or anything. It is not bad for the price and it keeps me warm. I usually keep it on a low fan setting at the highest temperature for the whole day.

Tippy
Thermostat is acurate, to other heaters we've tried. But the tall slim desighn isn't very stable. We have it on an old wood floor that's slightly warped but when the heaters on "fan rotation SOP" it tends to wobble and tip over eventually. Aside from that heats a 10 X 10 foot area from 55 to 65 in about an hour. And maintains the temp well through the night. It's also quite!

Lasko no stove-top
Oven did not work right out of the box. Blew air but no heat. Not sure why people have said it's so quiet. My old Vornado was much quieter. So I returned the non functioning range and ordered the Vornado and am very pleased with it!
Props to Amazon for making the return and refund stable and easy! Wish other businesses functioned this well!!

The best range!
I in reality love this heater. I have had it now for a few months. It is for my bedroom and I was worried about sound. It has been very quiet, the fan is quiet and the oscillation doesn't represent any noise at all. The settings work very well, the remote is a great thing because you don't have to get out of bed to turn it off. The timer is also very practical because this way you don't accidentally leave it on. It is also energy efficient. It is really light weight but stable. It has a loyal handle so it is really easy to move. Also, it heats up my smallish room really quick. I unquestionably love it, couldn't want anything better.

Ameliorate!
This stove-top really could not be better. It is compact, so takes up little space and can easily be moved around. Consideration its size, it heats up a room in a matter of minutes. It even allows you to set the temperature you'd like the range. It has noticeably reduced my heating bill as I can often solely rely on it to heat my home. The remote is also very to hand. I highly recommend this heater.

Like the 4th of July
I can't in this product has not yet been recalled. I purchased it about 18 months ago and installed it as directed on the wall in my daughter's lodgings. it worked fine at first though it did make small popping noises when it was heating up. Recently it has started making sort of loud poping noises and has a bright orange spot glowing near the fore. Even worse, the unit is now the arcing and sparking. I'm taking it down and will likely throw it away.

Minute Heat and Safe
We purchased this to restore 2 electric heaters that died on our last RV trip. Easily wall mounted or rolls around to the desired whiteheads if you attached the wheel rollers and each set mounts with one large screw. The large surface space of this unit puts out maximum heat, and takes up little space because of it's thinness, and yet is justified. After reading reviews on this particular unit we decided that this was the one to purchase ... we're not sorry.

Whadaya' want for $90 bucks?
I purchased two of these for my underground store man cave. They're just fine for taking the edge off the cold that seems ever-present in a basement margin...even in April/May. For $90 bucks they do the job...at least during the spring months. I've not tried to crank these up to provide the simple heat source.
Each unit comes with a built-in thermostat which I've set to low, so they kick on when it gets below a relaxing temp. No telling what that temp actually is, as there's no temp indicator, but hey, a thermometer would just add to the valuation. Going by "feel" is fine...and if they put out too much or not enough heat based on the ambient temp, I simply have to fire the thermostat knob a bit in either direction.
They're quiet, save a few random clicks (from element distension/contraction) as they turn on and off automatically. The construction is fine, if basic, but what do you expect for $90 bucks? In my singular application (supplemental heat, not primary heat source), I expect them to last for many years, even though the shiny side sections are plastic, as are the legs and feet. The units are relatively attractive, although I'd have really preferred a close off-mounted option.
Speaking of wall-mounted options, I previously tried the Eco-Oven 602, and found it to be not acceptable. In theory, the two units (the Eco-Heater vs. the DeLongi) do the exact same thing using the same technology. Nonetheless, the Eco-Oil-burning stove just didn't cut it.

Delightfully unit
I like the form of this unit. It heats up a medium size bedroom at a fair rate, depending on the initial temperature of the cell. I found that it will heat up a 40 deg F bedroom to about 60 deg F. Therefore, I think it is better suited for supplemental ardour when the temperature is very cold as opposed to being a sole source of heat for northern winters. But this is a suitable unit for the price. It has an analog thermostat which requires trial and error to get the right comfort unalterable. Would have been great if this had an electronic thermostat to precisely set the temperature. Would have given it 4.5 stars if feasible.

It is embarrassingly loud
This stove-top is beyond annoyingly loud compared to others. I was a skeptic when I read this from others, but it's true. But it seems durable and gets the job done. It's genial to have white noise from it while going to sleep.

Humane value
I get along in Miami, I am a woman in my 30s. Our office is freezing everyday! It is not nice to work with a thermostat on the 50s and 60s that can't be misused. This product is great if you are looking for a heater for your office or desk. Its powerful and most important, tight-lipped. That was my main concern because I did not want to bother my coworkers.
It does look like a toaster or a roaster(I didn't get the white one but brownish greenish...) but I don't care because its under my desk.
Good price too! I rely on it lasts or I'll be mad.

Here's why this oven is great
I waited a year before I assertive to make a review on this heater and so far it is still going strong. This is a great heater especially when you are using it at drudgery. First off, it's a low power heater so it allows you to use 800 or 400 watts. This allows you to use it at work without worrying about blowing a combine and making a complete ass out of yourself. Most heaters (even the small ones), will run at about 1500 watts and will easily shut down a outline. Second, it gives off great heat. I've was hard pressed to find any amount of heat that this heater has noted vs the heaters that use double the power. With the reflective background pushing the heat forward, you can easily fondle it at about 8 feet away. This heater heats up my office in a place where everyone wants the air conditioning blasting, but I've had times where the co-workers were fault-finding that the heater was heating up the office too much. So, I'm giving this heater 5 stars because I've only have had good luck with it. I have a mind the same for anyone else that buys this heater.

abundant for the money
This is my assign Optimus. I bought it for two reasons. One is that it is a great little heater that heats up a small precinct in a hurry with low energy consumption, and it never has to shut down to cool off as fan models do. The other reason is that my first Optimus matured a mysterious short after about six months of constant use (about 16 hours/day), causing its performance to be irresponsible. For the price, I decided it would be easier to buy another one than to test customer service, and be without it for a while (for health reasons, I insist the heat almost constantly). So, now I have two, and am happy with both (when they are both working).

Faithful heater for the office
This oven is great for the office, it's slightly larger than my last one, but still fits under my desk without difficulty. My last heater was not infrared, and the fan in it dried out my bark and my contact lenses. I have only used this heater at half the capacity, 400 W, and it gets to the nth degree warm, yet does not dry me out, in spite of the close quarters, my skin and eyes are unaffected by having it turned on. I also have to will in on for shorter periods of time, it throws enough heat to get the chill from the air conditioning out very quickly, and I can turn it back off for a while, so I am using far less verve. Would highly recommend this heater.

How do you block off aquarium heaters from turtles?
Jan 12, 2008 by Gina | Posted in Reptiles
My turtle is a 1.75" red-eared slider hatchling. I never had a stove-top in the summer because the water stayed warm, but now it's too cold. What specimen of heater should I get? I've also heard a lot of stories about turtles getting burned from the heaters, so how do you stump them off from turtles with them still able to heat the water?
Depending on the range of your tank would tell you what size of heater to get. They come in discrete to sizes for tanks.
Their are also special covers for the specific urge of keeping your pet from being burned. Its a mesh with suction cups. You should be gifted to find it at Petsmart or Petco.

What is a good brand of wall mounted heaters for a cabin?
Nov 04, 2007 by K | Posted in Decorating & Remodeling
We have a shanty in the mountains that is heated by electric heaters. We are wanting to replace the old ones as they are very old. We are consenting to spend money for good heaters but my question is, what is a good trade-mark that is cost effective. The cabin is empty most months of the year. We would rather buy special-occasion heaters and pay less in electric bills than buy cheap heaters and pay more. Thanks for your help!
A law of physics known as the Upkeep of Energy leads me to think that all electric heaters are essentially 100% competent. A given amount of electrical energy (in kilowatt hours) is swayed to thermal energy or heat (in calories or Btus). A minor portion of the electrical energy may be converted to light animation, but that in turn is converted to heat when the light is absorbed by an entity.
What I'm saying is that you won't see a savings in your electric bill. The only difference from one electric oven to another may be in their features, not in their efficiency.
