Didn't discern the size
I received the filler and was all right with it I found it a bit bulky and I had to raise it closer to my window because the coil attachment that went from the piece to the window was a few inches short and kept pulling out of the window, this was beginning to frustrate me. I had to grade the unit on my cedar chest to be able to enjoy it. I feel like all of the air is raising to the greatest extent and not straight out into my bedroom because of the short coil that came with the unit.
Otherwise, it does cool my space a little longer than usual if it were a little closer to the floor. If someone can tell me where I can find a longer snake to go from unit to window this would make me very happy.

Not very upright
This affair just isn't worth the time or money so I suggest you pass on it. Well made unit and I've owned mine for several years. Against it for a while to cool part of my 250 ft houseboat. It would really only cool the very back of it. It's big and clunky and not real quiet. One ungovernable is the compressor is inside of course and you hear it. The REAL problem is that it doesn't really cold-blooded. It seems to blow cold air but NEVER cools down the room.
Anyone want mine?

WOW,THIS Trend IS CRAP! IT RUNS AND RUNS BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. 5 DEGREES MAX COOLING. VERY LOUD,VERY Tawdry,VERY LOUD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A UNIT THAT YOU NEED TO RUN 24-7 TO COOL A 250 SQ. FOOT Dwelling TO 73 DEGREES, THEN THIS IS THE UNIT FOR YOU. SAVE YOURSELF NOW. I NOW HAVE A $300 PAPER WEIGHT. DO NOT BUY!!!!!.

met my expectations
I ordered two of these for the two upstairs south fa rooms of my house. Both units came packaged well, but one looked like it might be a return. There was no wreck on the unnew unit other than 4 cracks in the exhaust hose which duct tape took anxiety of, and there was no plastic film overlay to protect the control panel from scratches. Take off 1 star. That said, there is no clear difference in the performance of the two units. The window vent kits mounted easily, and the units do a movables job of keeping the rooms cool. Matter of fact, the smaller of the two rooms actually got too absolutely until I turned the thermostat up. The units are not quiet, but bearable and much quieter than the in-window units I was used to as a child. The filter is easily accessible and the unit appears to be easy to maintain. One reviewer complained about an extra intake filter being inaccessible unless you take the unit apart; this is so, but it's not listed as a required keep item. It's a screen on the side of the unit that I intend to vacuum periodically - I will report back if that doesn't do the do. Draining the water is not a task I relish, but it's more convenient on this unit than a larger portable a/c from another maker which I have cooling the family room. This unit can't compete with a central air system, but at 1/4 the price of middle air for 3 portable units, we're enjoying this summer in relatively cool comfort. I may report back after I see the first moving bill.

Air conditioner was a way of life saver ...
I purchased the SPT WA-9020E air conditioner when my median system cratered. I put the SPT in my office. It works very well. There is one thing that must be done, however. I had to port the water outlet hose to the casing because Houston is very humid and the unit created a LOT of water. After I got tired of emptying my container, I merely drilled a hole in the window barricade and ran a small rubber hose to the outside. This portion has done a yeoman job from the beginning!

My beat purchase
I purchased this air conditioner (WA-1220M) three years ago and I can forthrightly say that it is the best purchase that I have made. The unit does wonders year-round.
I live in an site in northern MN, less than a mile from Lake Superior. The summer temperatures do not typically exceed the mid-80's to low 90's, but when you add turbulent humidity, it feels much hotter than the actual temperature. This unit does an AWESOME job at dehumidifying and it also cools my identify to a comfortable temperature. It also has fan settings that I use year-round.
Unlike a previous rater, I have no problems with the window seal (I even have unused length of the "foam" that they include).
The drain for the dehumidifier does use a flexible plastic tube and, while it may not be *visionary*, I find that it works well. (I elevate my unit a couple of inches and have it continuously drain into a large dip that I can then empty).
Although this unit is technically a portable unit, it is rather heavy. This is not a problem for me because I do not have to carry it up/down stairs on a unmitigated basis - the wheels help me move it from one location to another if I choose to switch things up, but I typically only keep it in my bedroom and find that it works well.
BOTTOM LINE: This product exceeded my expectations. Not only does it cool my arrange, it also dehumidifies amazingly!! It also has a fan that can be used year-round and an air filter that helps clean the air in my consign.

Do not buy from this coterie
This corporation makes products that are useless. Unfortunately I did not read the other reviews before purchasing from them but now am experiencing first mitt there shoddy workmanship, if you could even give them that. Used it for two days and worked ok, now just blows hot air. now I have to deal with all the hassle of returning, which I can quite only exchange it for another lemon. These products are a waste of money and given all the other negative feedback, this plc should be reported to the better business bureau if they haven't already

A destroy of money
Entertain the idea very hard before buying this machine. We bought it with the hope it might actually cool down a room, or at least keep a dwelling comfortable, but alas nothing of the sort was achieved. Instead we are left with a frightfully noisy and Brobdingnagian thing that fails simply does not work.
It is besides a very poorly engineered machine, hard that one spends half an hour at a time just adding or subtracting one of the hoses depending on how hot it is skin. And then one is left to refit it to the window, which cannot be done without copious amounts of unsightly gaffer tape. The instruction cicerone is so idiotically conceived as to explain, with an entire page of the booklet, how to fit batteries into the remote, yet not a tete- was written on how to connect any of the hoses, nor how to adjust the vent.
It should be a crime that such a machine be allowed to be sold. Do yourself a favor and buy something, anything, else.

I have a new light air conditioner Fujitronic FA9000 is working fine but I found out my carpet is wet under it. I checked the drink up plugs and they are tight the water full ligth is off and can't find where or what is the problem. The guests is closed on sunday and tomorrow will be a hot day. What can I do to fix this Now whit out having to avert it off and burn.
Its because the not work floating around in the air is condensating on the AC unit. The air is cooled and the water is port side on your floor, forever ruining your chance of getting that custody deposit back.
