midea air condtioner leaked all over carpet?

I well-deserved bought a new portable midea air conditioner it was hooked up with the hose to the out side etc penurious window, the small water hose that was put in a small pail to contain the water, however to my surprise found the whole half off carpet soaked. Their is no assign on the air condtioner to remove a container of water, so whats prospering on?
support to be certain that the unit is slanted slightly to where the drain is positioned.also suggest to be certain the drain and the hose are not plugged.

My sense is generally you get what you pay for. If you are buying a cheap appliance, you are getting a easily appliance. High quality appliances cost more than inexpensive ones.

Okay I have an Everstar little air conditioner and it keeps bringing up this messege saying P2. I look in the enchiridion and it says to drain the A/C and it should work, well I drain it and it works for an hour peradventure and brings the messege up again. The manual says if I have more problems to friend Midea Cutsomer service. Well Midea doesnt have a phone number or a website. I cant find Midea anywhere, or an Everstar website either, which is the name on A/C. Will someone break me what is wrong with it, or if there is some way to contact Midea or Everstar??? Thank you
Like a dehumidifier an a/c part will pull moisture from the air.You may need to empty it every hour until the room reaches the desired temprature about 72', then the conditioned air interruption will have less moisture to remove.The harder the unit works the more digest it will produce, sounds like it is doing a good job.
